English Winter Fair results
The Society had a great weekend at Stafford on 16 and 17 November, with quality cattle entered for the English Winter Fair.
Breed Champion was Harry Saxby's Litton Rascal who sold to Ben & Tori Stanley for 240p per kg. This is the third year in a row that the Saxby's have won the Longhorn classes!
The steer subsequently killed out at 374kg, a killing out percentage of 60% and graded R4L.
In the Carcase Hall Mary Madders and Stuart Johnson's purebred carcase sold for 325p per kg.
