Badger cull confirmed in Wales

THE Rural Affairs Minister for Wales, Elin Jones, has today announced a badger cull will be the next stage of the Welsh Assembly Government’s proposals to eradicate bovine TB in Wales.

The Minister says she still considers a cull necessary alongside additional cattle measures within an Intensive Action Pilot Area (IAPA)
