Longhorn beef wins major award!

The Stoke herd, Wiltshire triumphed at the Taste of the West awards recently.  Their gold award winning Longhorn beef brisket and sirloin steak were finalists in the meat and poultry category, and then the brisket went on to be Champion!

There was some encouraging feedback from the judges ...
“Outstanding taste and texture. Gorgeous deep savoury flavour as it should be with extra rich meaty depth. Really superb! Carefully raising their slow grown herd, the farmers showed deep understanding that this matters and really makes a difference. Which clearly shows in the quality and flavours in the meat.”
