Presidents' award winners 2024

Jane Grant and Trish McDonnell of the Longbridge herd are the winners of the Presidents Award, awarded by the outgoing president to the member or members they feel has made a significant contribution to the Longhorn breed, be it in the past or in more recent times.
David Blockley said that Jane and Trish had made a lasting commitment to the Longhorn breed and had supported the breed and the Society by hosting workshops and events. They had produced cattle for the show ring that had been a credit to them and the breed and had built a substantial herd that was coming into it's own.
