Summer visits were a huge success!

Society members were treated to two exceptional herd visits recently, to the two oldest herds currently registering with the Society.
The Midland Longhorn Breeders' Club had their summer visit to the Rousham herd, by kind invitation of Charles and Angela Cottrell-Dormer. The herd is number 45 in the Herdbook.
Then the Society's summer visit was to herd number 33, the Stoke herd, by kind permission of Natural England. This herd was founded way back in the 1930's and is the oldest registering herd in the Herdbook.
