Females for sale

The Berrydown herd has rapidly increased over recent years so we now have a selection of quality breeding females for sale. Cows or heifers in calf to Gupworthy Virocity 37729/V00873.

We are PCHS members. IBR and BVD accredited, Johnes R2.

Rita Adam is slowly reducing her herd numbers with a view to retirement.  The following animals are currently available.

Two bulling heifers
One in calf heifer
One in calf five year old cow with bull calf at foot
One nine year old cow, in calf
One 12 year old cow with bull calf at foot
One bullock

The herd has Hi Health elite status, in a TB free area and is organic (Soil Association).
They are grass fed on a hill farm and out wintered, unfazed by dogs they are used to being handled and used to strangers walking through their field.

We have pedigree registered bulling heifers for sale from our grass fed herd.  They winter out on the North Downs, Surrey in an extensive system, a few have been disbudded.

We are in a 4 year TB testing area and we operate as a closed herd.
