Bettys Farm Shop

Our butchery sources meat from not only our own farm but from other local farms who share our philosophy that animals left to range freely in high welfare systems give much tastier, tender meat. We use Longhorn cattle that's been allowed to slowly mature in the lush pastures of North Leicestershire. We then dry age the meat here at Betty's for four weeks, to ensure quality and flavour, as standard. That means our burgers are made from the same premium beef as our fillet steak
