Embryo success in Australia & New Zealand

20/06/2013

Longhorn embryos exported by John and Pat Stanley from the Blackbrook Herd were exported to Australia and New Zealand in 2011 and 2012.  The export process was complicated by restrictions brought about by the Schmallenberg virus but reports have been coming back that embryos were successfully implanted and stock are now on the ground.

Mr & Mrs Drury from New Zealand have had a heifer calf, and in Australia Richard Gunner has had 14 successful births,11 of which are heifers and Graham Warwick has had 1 heifer and 2 bull calves.
