Longhorn beef shows the French the way...

Longhorn beef, along with other native breed beef, has been showing the French a thing or two recently. A new 24 hour restaurant called Le Beef Club has been established in Paris and what the article doesn't tell you is that Longhorn beef, supplied by Society members The Ginger Pig, was voted as tasting better than Limousin beef when a French TV crew did a 'piece' on the restaurant.
