John and Pat Stanley of the Blackbrook Herd have recently been presented with a major award from the Three Counties Agricultural Society.
The ‘crème de la crème' of livestock exhibitors, who swept the board in prizes at the region's premier food and farming event, have been recognised for their hard work, at the annual Malvern Farming Conference.  Introduced to mark HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee year, the Diamond Jubilee Trophy, sponsored by Bruton Knowles, was awarded to exhibitors with the most points gained in the cattle, sheep and pig sections at both the Three Counties Show, and the National Rare & Minority Breeds Show, in June.
It was a three way tie for the Cattle Cup, between Otter & Co, Whitland (Murray Grey cattle), J & P Stanley, Coalville (Longhorn Cattle) and A & C Farms, Rutland (South Devon).
J & P Stanley also won the cup for the Rare Breeds Cattle section.'
