Longhorns on BBC Radio Leicester

Fresh from his Interbreed success at Ashby Show last month, four year old Bertie Stanley was recently interviewed by BBC Radio Leicester's Ben Jackson about winning the coveted Interbreed trophy.

Ben also spoke to Bertie's father Ben Stanley about the Longhorn breed; its development by 'local lad' Robert Bakewell in the 1700's and how the breed now ticks all the boxes for sustainable, traceable beef production in the UK in the 21st Century.  It's well worth a listen!
