Show-stopping Longhorns featured on Countryfile!

BBC Countryfile presenter Ellie Harrison stopped by Society member Robert Vaughan's Carn Edward herd recently.  The cattle were filmed out on the hills and then Ellie had a go at preparing one of Robert's show heifers.  Finally she was treated to some Carn Edward Longhorn steak.
The programme aired on BBC1 on the evening of Sunday 26 January.
