Do you have a favourite way of cooking your Longhorn beef? The Society is after your recipes for the best stew or casserole, the best way to cook a perfect Longhorn steak, how to make a super tasty pie or pasty.
These will feature as a regular article on the website and in the Society newsletter.
Have a look through your recipe book for that old recipe handed down through the generations or perhaps you prefer a more recent recipe from your favourite chef - whatever it is, let the Society know by emailing secretary@longhorncattlesociety.com
