The Northern Longhorn Breeders Group will gather for an Open Day at Well Head, Mealsgate, Wigton, Cumbria, CA7 1DJ, by kind permission of Nicky Luckett on Sunday 3rd August.
Assemble, coffee/tea and biscuits followed an introduction to the herd. There will then be a couple of lighthearted competitions followed by lunch, then a look round the cattle.
Cost will be £10 a head to cover the cost of lunch.
If people want to come on Saturday night Nicky can supply details of local B&B's.
