In 2012 we set up life together as husband and wife and business partners. We had the opportunity to move back to the family farm and contract fatten outdoor bred pigs alongside our full time employment. Nearly seven years later we have 2 boys, are still fattening pigs and also farm the 210 acres of arable land. In June 2019 we opened a small shop on the farm selling our homegrown pork locally butchered and in September 2019 we took back the grassland to manage, and graze our small herd of native Longhorn cattle.
